In the 18th century, chemist Henry Cavendish discovered the molecule of a substance humanity would soon regret. Dihydrogen Monoxide is a dangerous substance that has been linked to the deaths of millions of individuals throughout time. This chemical is so dangerous that an atmosphere of just 6 parts per cubic meter of dihydrogen monoxide would kill you in a matter of minutes. Researchers have also concluded that too much of this substance can restrict breathing and effectively sufficate the victim. Now, if you thought it was bad, it will scare you to know that this danger to the world is legal in over 200 countries!
The PubChem Open Chemestry Database, run by the National Center for Biotechnology Information lists Dihydrogen Monoxide as "clear, oderless, tastless liquid", and "Fatal if Inhaled". They also note that the EPA has labeled the liquid low risk, despite it's inherently dangerous properties. Lockhaven University researchers also warn Dihydrogen monoxide can cause skin and eye irritation and is a major contributer to global warming, acid rain, and erossion.
Worst of all, Not only does Dihydrogen Monoxide contain high levels of Hydric Acid, but it's uses have been known as a bit more then "scary". Many criminals, such as robbers, gangsters, terrorists, and murders, have all been tested and have been confirmed to be using Dihydrogen monoxide.
So - Be safe. Get your water systems checked by a local proffessional, and make sure your food has been certified Dihydrogen monoxide safe. Also, make sure you spread awareness of the dangers to your friends and families.
