I believe you should not use circular reasoning, Because using circular reasoning is bad, because you shouldn’t use circular reasoning. You probably don’t even know that a Circular definition is a definition that is circular. A conspiracy theory is a real logical fallacy otherwise known as a canceling hypothesis or a cover-up and it's a huge problem, However, you can’t prove it because Russia is covering it up.
